Hello, I have the free version of Amelia and until I updated the plugin yesterday I was able to edit my notifications. Now there are no options of notifications, and I can't make any changes to my existing notifications! The page does not allow you to click on either of the 'add notification' buttons.
You may want to try another browser. I had trouble editing my existing notifications in Firefox but when I switched to Chrome I could edit them. It was weird, but worked for me anyway.
Sorry, sorry, now I remember. One time this worked, then it stopped. I remember support told me to disable Grammarly and then I could then edit my notifications. Sorry I was confused.
Thanks for your reply - unfortunately I am using Chrome and don't have Grammarly!
So neither of these suggestions helped. I think it must be a bug?
