Currently, we are using one-way sync between Amelia and Outlook (via Outlook integration). Is there a way, or are there any plans, to roll out 2-way sync, as to have an appointment from Outlook calendar be propagated into Amelia with assigned Customer, time and service?
Or would there be any other way of achieving this, i.e. through incoming webhooks?
This would help greatly, as Amelia is not our main booking system and unfortunately due to business constraints we won't be able to fully move.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. There is no possibility to create Appointments through Outlook Calendar. You can just set up an option that will block time slots for your employees in Amelia if it's busy in Outlook and make them unavailable for further booking. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
It probably can be done with some custom work. Would you know if that kind of feature is already in a development pipeline, on your side?
