We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Can this be done in wpdatatables? Clicking the pencil presents a popop that makes the fields editable.

My table has 70 columns and need 6 to be editable in a prettier format (ie not table). I was doing this as part of master/detail page with forminator form for the 6 items, but this is a lot of clicking and reloading pages and 70 columns doesn't look good on mobile screens so modal/popup would be better.
Hi Harold
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, our tables can be edited from the front end, please have a look at our documentation on the links below for more detailed information about this feature

We also have Lite version of wpdatatables which you can try for free.
wpDataTables Lite is a basic version of a popular best-selling WordPress table plugin. While some premium features are reduced, wpDataTables Lite is still quite a handy tool that allows you to quickly create tables in WordPress from different sources. You can download it from this link.
Also, you can try our sandbox site: Front-end & Back-end - you can find a fully functional version there to try out all plugin premium features.
All useful information about all wpdatatables features that are explained (video and text) you can find in our DOCUMENTATION.
