We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear Support,
I'm a lifetime license user of Amelia. In my business, it is 100% necessary to "pre-select" 30 bookings for every service. This is because my tutors teach courses that are always 30 lessons long.
The customer MUST be able to select 30 lessons. They cannot 29 lessons, 20 lessons, or 5 lessons. It must always be 30 lessons. It needs to look forward to the future, and confirm that every single class is free on that day/time.
To say it in the simplest way: the customer needs to be able to select a tutor, and then book a course with him (30 lessons). Amelia will then book all 30 lessons and send out notifications and block off this time in their Google Calendar.
How can I achieve this? If it's not yet possible, will you please add this simple functionality? This is how I will be able to use Amelia on my BuddyBoss website.
Thank you! And I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Peter
Hi Peter
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In general, it is not possible to book multiple appointments at once with current built-in features in Amelia. But it is on our to-do list for future updates.
However, it can be achieved in two ways.
Option one: is to use Recurring appointments. But it is suitable only if a customer books multiple appointments of the same service. Recurring Appointments are available in all licenses.
Option two: Packages of Services - it is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here.
But what I think would suit you best for this scenario is using Events and simply add all dates when the courses are being held and once the client books it he will have automatically booked all dates added, no need to make any additional bookings for the same event.
