Hello,
I'd like to add an event to our calendar that does not allow anyone to register for it. Basically, to show that there is a Closed event going on, and that they cannot register for it.
I would think the easiest way to do this would be to set the "Maximum allowed spots" to ZERO, but the smallest number I can input there is 1
Is there another way to accomplish my goal? I had thought to change the "Booking opens immediately" option and add a date and time that is past the start time, etc, but then it still shows "1 spot available" on the calendar.
Thank you!
Hello Mark,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you want to disallow anyone to book this event, you can uncheck the "Show event on site". Additionally, if you want this event to be shown on the front-end but without it being bookable, you can add a "dummy" customer as an attendee.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Thank you. A "dummy" customer as an attendee should work.
