We are setting up automation flows and are having a bit of a challenge. Every time a booking is made, Amelia is sending every record in a time slot instead of the newest one. We want to use intergrately, but it is forcing us to hardcode to the first appointment within a time slot instead of the newest one. Anyone find a solution for this? Thanks!
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
We didn't quite get what you are asking us to help you with. Can you explain it to us in a little more detail? With some examples and maybe with several screenshots? It would be much appreciated.
If I understand your question correctly, a trigger that fires when a new booking is made does not contain the latest record? If so, it'll be great if you could share some more details about your workflow itself.
