    Hello, I am currently in the process of creating a naturopathic site and I would like to take your paid plugin to set up an online appointment system. However I have a few questions to find out if the paid plugin will be able to answer all of my complex appointments system.

    I have 5 services:
    1. Vitality assessment -> duration of the session: 2 hours
    2. Follow-up consultation -> 1h30
    3. Suction cup -> 1h
    4. Plantar reflexology -> 1h
    5. Hildegardian stone massage -> 1h

    I have 3 possibilities for making appointments. In tele consultation; at home or at my practice

    The 5 services can be done in an office
    Service 1 and 2 can also be carried out by remote consultation via skype.
    Finally, service 1, 2 and 4 can also be carried out at the customer's home.

    The booking steps that I have thought of from several videos of Amelia as well as the free version are as follows but I would like to know if this is possible with the paid version, because currently it is not possible with the free version.

    So:

    1st step: choose the type of appointment (at home; in tele consultation or in office)
    2nd step: depending on the type of appointment chosen, a selection will be made to offer only the services possible in relation to the type of appointment chosen. (what I explained just above)

    I would already like to know if this combination is possible? If not, which ones should I put in place?

    Then the 3rd step would be the customer chooses his appointment (date and time)

    What makes this more complex happens just after: Once these 3 steps have been completed, the customer will find himself on the page where he will have to complete his personal information to confirm the appointment.
    On this step, what I want to know is that with the custom fields command in customize, I could add some text. Indeed, for home sessions, I would need the client's address and for tele-consultation sessions, I will have to include a text to explain how the session will be carried out.
    However, its texts should appear only when the client chooses an appointment at home or in tele consultation. They should not appear when the client chooses in the office.
    Is it possible ?

    Thank you for your reply

    Hello Théo,

    Thank you for your interest in purchasing the Amelia plugin.

    You could create Categories for services. For example, create 3 categories (Home, Remote, Office), then you create services for each category that fit the way those services can be offered.

    For example, you would create two "Vitality assessment" services under two Categories (Home and Remote), then create two "Follow-up consultation" services under two Categories (Home and Remote), "Plantar reflexology" under the "Home" category, and "Hildegardian stone massage" under "Office" category.

    You can add a service description for all the services you created so that the customer can have all the information regarding the service that you are offering.

    After you created all the services, you can create a custom field "Home address" and add that custom field to all the Services that fall under the "Home" category, and add some other custom fields if customers had chosen services that fall under different categories.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
