How can I make email id mandatory when adding an Amelia customer from backend? In our site we are adding customer from backend and attaching them to attendees..But conflict happening after the booking, booking is there in amelia_customer_booking table. But we can't open the attendees window from backend. Also we need to attach customer to worpress users also..that also mandatory. How can achieve this? Could you please help.
New Customers will be created in Amelia automatically, after their first booking. Also, you can add them manually on the back-end Customers page but you cannot make the email field mandatory when adding customers from the backend since it is not always the case that the admin knows the email address of the customer.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you want to connect Amelia Customers to existing WP Users, you should assign the Amelia Customer role to these WP Users on the Users page, and then connect them to Amelia Customer profiles:
Regarding this we can't open the attendees window from backend can you share some screenshots or a screen recording of the issue so we can get a better understanding?
