    Hi, I've just make a booking and then when I check email and sms notification the link zoom to join was not shown. How to solve this issue?

    Fyi : I already set employee as user for zoom integration and insert placeholder at email and sms.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please tell us what services don't have Zoom integration and how did you test this, by sending a test email or making an actual booking from the front end? I'm asking because test notifications can't generate Zoom links, so this could be what happened on your website. Do all of the appointments of these services don't have Zoom links? Which appointments, for example, don't have Zoom can you share some screenshots or a screen recording? Are they all booked the same - front-end or back-end, is there any pattern? Can you share a link to the frontend page where we can test this behavior?

    Have you followed all required steps_

    1. You need to configure the Zoom integration.
    2. Then you need to access the employee's profile in Amelia/Employees, and link the employee to his/her Zoom account
    3. Access the service or the event in Amelia/Services, or Amelia/Events and go to the Settings tab. In there, under Integrations, enable (or disable) Zoom. This will allow you to enable Zoom integration on some, while not on other services (your choice).
    4. The link is generated automatically if the employee is connected to Zoom, and if Zoom is enabled.
    5. To send a Zoom link to both, your customers and your employees you need to add a placeholder for the Zoom link in the notification templates. Go to the Notifications page, click on the “Show email placeholders” button, and a modal will show with all currently allowed placeholders. Scroll down to the bottom of the modal and you will see the placeholders for Zoom. For appointments you will have two placeholders:
      1. %zoom_host_url% – this is the placeholder that you need to paste to employees’ appointment notifications.
      2. %zoom_join_url% – this is the placeholder that you need to paste to customers’ appointment notifications.
      Yes new link will be generated every time  new appointment has been scheduled by a customer. You can read more about that here.

    Hi. Sorry is my bad. My issue is solved. The problem is I was not enable zoom integration at services. Thank you for your kind of services and assist me.

    For others who are same issue with me, don't forget to :

    1) Set your zoom integration at Settings > integration (Make sure you create your client key and client secret at your zoom account)

    2) Connect zoom at Employee > (Click your employee) > Choose zoom user (Make sure your employee have been register as zoom user at your zoom account)

    3) Enable zoom at Services > (Click your service you provided) > settings > integration

    4) Add a placeholder at email/sms notification

    Done.
