In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi, I've just make a booking and then when I check email and sms notification the link zoom to join was not shown. How to solve this issue?

Could you please tell us what services don't have Zoom integration and how did you test this, by sending a test email or making an actual booking from the front end? I'm asking because test notifications can't generate Zoom links, so this could be what happened on your website. Do all of the appointments of these services don't have Zoom links? Which appointments, for example, don't have Zoom can you share some screenshots or a screen recording? Are they all booked the same - front-end or back-end, is there any pattern? Can you share a link to the frontend page where we can test this behavior?
Have you followed all required steps_
- %zoom_host_url% – this is the placeholder that you need to paste to employees’ appointment notifications.
- %zoom_join_url% – this is the placeholder that you need to paste to customers’ appointment notifications.
Yes new link will be generated every time new appointment has been scheduled by a customer. You can read more about that here.Hi. Sorry is my bad. My issue is solved. The problem is I was not enable zoom integration at services. Thank you for your kind of services and assist me.
For others who are same issue with me, don't forget to :
1) Set your zoom integration at Settings > integration (Make sure you create your client key and client secret at your zoom account)
2) Connect zoom at Employee > (Click your employee) > Choose zoom user (Make sure your employee have been register as zoom user at your zoom account)
3) Enable zoom at Services > (Click your service you provided) > settings > integration
4) Add a placeholder at email/sms notification
