This is the default description of WooCommerce's cart.
Here's how this can be overridden. Go to Amelia Settings/Payments, and scroll down and open "MetaData and Description". There, you can configure the description that will show up in the cart (otherwise it uses the default cart description that you see):
When you add it like this (it currently has to be in HTML Mode, because we have a bug with the test mode, but it will be fixed for the next update), the cart shows this:
It can be modified per Appointment, Package, and Event. The example shown above is for Events only.
Looking at the screenshot, I can see that the "Text mode" is enabled, rather than the "HTML mode" which is required for these changes to be applied. Can you please switch it to "HTML mode" and let us know the outcome.
Nope, not helping ;( - how is that an issue? When the plugin isn't working as it suppose to?! Why would your developer write this to cache when it clearly needs to be refreshed when it's changed?
Please fix this. That is not an acceptable answer. The fact that you answered to switch from text mode to HTML mode is telling me that you don't know your product.
Sorry for the late response. Our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your patience!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have logged onto the admin panel and edited the Woocommerce metadata and description in HTML mode (Which can be distinguished from text mode by all the text format settings on the top).
I edited the description for testing purposes:
And this is the final result:
Please edit this from your side with all the information you want to be seen on the cart.
Hello Uros! what do you know! it works! ;) Thank you. I was wrong! - Seems like WPAmelia handling HTML and text is really different from the standard editors.
There are fields passed by WPAmelia to WooCommerce, and these are the fields pass on to Woocommerce's shopping cart:
Appointment Appointment Info:
Local Time: December 8, 2021 12:00 pm
Duration: RM 5 test
Bay / Room: Bay 1
Total Number of Persons: 1
Custom Fields:
Terms & Conditions: I AGREE
----
How can I customise / remove some of the fields that I do not want to show to my client ?
Here is the screen shot from the Admin side of things

Hi Uros,
That didn't move a needle ;( . Just tested it out, again.
Hello Jon,
This is most definitely an issue with the Cache. Please clear cache with some caching plugins and ask your Hosting Provider to perform a deeper purge.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
