Hello,
We are facing issues with our emails for packages booking;
The first session booking email doesn't get triggered.
The 3 sessions later on in case the client books all 4 sessions, gets triggered.
But the first session email in a package never gets triggered.
Basically when anyone books a package, an email for theĀ first booking of the session/package is never triggered. I have to manually go to the service>package and delete/add the session so the email gets triggered for the same
Please advice.
Hello Hussnain,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Probably do you expect to see the "Appointment Approved" email notification when the package is booked? It doesn't work that way. When a package is purchased, the "Package Purchased" email notification is sent. In order for this notification to include the information about booked appointments, you need to configure the %package_appointments_details% placeholder and add it to the "Package Purchased" notification.
I hope it helps.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day!
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy
