We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

We open the ticket since we have detected 3 points that we will need your help:
1. Is it possible to export the list of employees to csv?
2. In the employee profile, we want to give them the possibility to upload a photo of themselves, but they cannot edit it. They also can't connect their gmail account to sync their google calendar.
3. We currently have 2 registered locations .. But when uploading a new service, it only lets us choose one of them. How can we go about choosing the other?

Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

Employees need to be assigned to a default location, and they can't work on two locations at the same time. You can, however, configure the employee's work hours, so they work on Location 1 on Mondays, on Location 2 on Tuesdays, and so on; or they can work on Location 1 from 09:00 - 12:00, on Location 2 from 12:00 - 15:00, and so on.
