I'm currently using Amelia on two sites. (In private business and company) I intend to configure both in the same way, but there is a difference in the csv export in the appointment. There is no "price" item. The same item is displayed for CSV export in Finance. Is there a setting method somewhere?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator (for both sites)) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Yes, everything is fine now we were able to enter the site.
The issue is that you didn't update Amelia you are still using the 4.2 version. With the new update you can have the "price" with csv files.
