When trying to add a SMS phone number to the settings the number is not adding itself to the settings. Pressing enter and nothing happens, leaving a blank field. There doesn't appear to be any kind of interaction around it.
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Can you please explain to us in a little more detail where and how you wish to add phone number? Also, can you provide us with a couple of screenshots?
If you want to send SMS notifications in Amelia Notifications/SMS Notifications, you need to create an account, and then recharge your balance SMS count.
SMS notifications give you the possibility to send SMS messages to your customers and employees to inform them about the appointments or events.
More information about configuring your SMS account you can find here.
I am having the same problem. You cannot add numbers to the "Send all SMS messages to additional numbers:" no matter what you do. I have the latest version of Amelia and have attached a screenshot of the problem control. This ability is critical to my business and I really need it fixed. Thanks, Steve Strouse
We will need temporary admin access to your site so that we can test this. But because those data are sensitive please open your own ticket and send us this message and screenshot there.
