In spite of having scheduled working hours for an employee, at reservation time, front-end, you get more timeslots.
What is the trick to just see the wanted timeslots?
Issues like this can occur if your WordPress site is set to be in a different time zone. Since Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.
If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regards to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

I don't see any issues with timeslots on your site at the moment.
I did the following: deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. I cleared cache with the plugin "LiteSpeed Cache". Also, I cleared my browser cache and cookies, you need to do it on your browser as well. Let us know please if you still facing this issue.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
The way I suggested allows you to clear the cache more deeply and minimize the chance of errors. It's your choice whether to do it this way or another way, it's only my recommendation.

Hi Stanislav,
I've read the article, thank you for pointing to that.
However, in spite of having "everything" right it’s a gamble what timeslots a customer will see.
Please take a few seconds to my screenshots
Ron

Stanislav,
That is odd, how sure am I that I don't have to deactivate and do cache things. ?
After following up your suggestions I still have problems:
Employee, selected as shown, has timeslots 19:00 - 21:00 , weekdays, no Sat and Sun
So..... where are my dates??
Same Employee, different service: Just on Thuesdays 10:30 - 13:30
Why don't I see that ??
Why do I see the weekend???
Hello Ron,
I hope you're doing well.

As I see, my colleague Marko has already answered this question in another ticket https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2939586/
Would you be ok continuing to communicate with him regarding this issue?
Thank you and stay safe.
