I am looking for a plugin that has the possibility to do the following:

The administrator of the site adds 'events' ( actually they are unfulfilled jobs at certain locations) sometimes it will be 8 hour shift, sometimes 6 hours, or 3. you get the point. 

The registrated users ( or in this case the people who search the 'events' ) can apply for the job and the job should go to a state of 'fully booked'

My client wants a portal where in this case hospitals can register their outstanding shifts and where per example a nurse can 'book' that shift 

Is this possible with amelia? if this is possible do you have any idea if there is some sort of visual reference of how this looks?
