Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

So, I just purchased this plan... I'm a solo entrepreneur, In business for me only, and I need the availability to manually put in the days and hours I'm in shop. I guess I naively assumed that would be an option here??
For instance, one week I work on a Tuesday and Wednesday... The following week is completely different and so on. The schedule will literally be changing every month... every week. So, the problem I'm running into after installing the software is the severe lack of options to tweak hours and days in the calendar for clients to book appointments. It could be that I'm not accurately navigating the issue?? But I'm defiantly not on a set schedule. Are there scheduling options for me here? Otherwise, I would kindly ask for a refund and find a service not as advanced and probably better suited for a small business like mine. lol.
Thanks!
Hello Stephanie,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
You can very easily set up any flexible and custom schedule for your employee, please check this how-to-do-it instruction: https://wpamelia.com/configuring-schedule/
You need to look at - Special Days. Also, we will be adding shift schedules in one of our future updates. There is no estimated time yet, but we hope to have it before the second quarter of 2022.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day!
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy
