Please provide me a temporary employee user for your site where this happens, so we could check the website and provide you with the CSS needed to hide the price information from the Employee panel.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

I'm not getting to understand why I can't simply hide the prices to employees. I managed to do it on another section of the panel, but it's weird that this hasn't been thought considering the case that some businesses charge the clients and pay the employees differently.
We have tested this CSS on your website and it worked for a couple of bookings, but we cannot guarantee that it will work for every single one since information can vary, and thus, some other information may be hidden instead of the price.
In conclusion, this CSS is targeting a child of a row, but the child is variable, thus it can hide different information depending on the information displayed.
Ok, that's kinda sad.. Do you think we will be able to hide that info in the future? I wanted to use Amelia as our main source of information exchange between clients and agents, but this makes it more difficult than I thought.
Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers' requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add them to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on the plugin side in the future.
We prioritize suggestions that were suggested by several customers, and unfortunately, I cannot tell you exactly when this feature will be implemented.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Hello there
Could you help me to identify the snippet of CSS to hide this info on the Employee's dashboard?
Thank you again for your support.
Kind regards,

Hello Yamil,
Apologies for the delayed response.
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment as all of the information that is displayed on the Employee Panel contains the same CSS class.
However, we are looking to add this feature in the future where you will be able to customize which values you want to be shown on the Employee Panel.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello Yamil,
You can try the following CSS code to hide the price, but since not all appointments contain the same information, you might get mixed results:
Please let us know the result.

Hi UrosI think I get it.. It doesn't actually work for hiding the price but other rows... Is that what you mean?
