Hello Haarty
This is not automatic information that's generated and sent to the customer.
1. You need to create a page where you'll add the [ameliacutomerpanel] shortcode.
2. Copy the URL of that page
3. Go to Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer, and enable the Customer Panel.
4. Paste the URL of the page into the corresponding field.
When the customer books an appointment, they receive an email that depends on the status of the appointment. So, if the appointment's status is set to Approved, they'll receive the "Appointment Approved" email notification. If the status is set to Pending, they'll receive the "Appointment Pending" notification.
In those notifications, you need to add the %customer_panel_url% placeholder, so they have a link to go to. Depending on what you selected in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer, they will either be prompted to create their password, or enter the email that will receive the log-in URL for their account.
