Hi,
i'd like to ask a few questions:
1) the "working hours" are set for single days and then it reflect to all services. Is it possible to set specific working hours for a service?.... i think that i can achieve the result with buffer time, can you confirm?
2) the "days off" allow to close in a specific date. Is it possible to set a different opening hours in a specific date instead of close the reservations?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
The settings on the screenshots are from the global company work hours. Since you need to have employees assigned to your services - they are the ones who are performing the service, you will need to set the employee's individual schedule. You will be able to choose a specific service and set the work hours only for that service.
The same goes for the second question, you need to modify the employees' individual schedule - they are performing the services so it's their schedule you need to modify. For this we have the Special days feature that will allow you to set a specific schedule for the selected period and it will only be applied once.
