We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Like many people, I have a site that offers dozens of different services (in my case, it's a production house that does radio / TV / podcasts). I have a pricing page (using WooCommerce) that lays out the specifics and the pricing of each individual service; like, for example, the voiceover for a local radio commercial that runs for 3 months, another price for 6 months, and another price for a year.
What I'm hoping to achieve is to be able to put a "Book It" button under each pricing element, and when the user clicks "Book It", a pre-populated booking form for that service opens in a popup. Then they'd pick their time, and WooCommerce takes over to display the Cart page, then Checkout.
Is there a way to pass the ID of the service to the popup via a URL parameter so that I only need to create ONE popup? Or do I need to build a separate popup for every service?
I don't want the user to have to scroll through lists. Because of the rates our voice actors charge, there are literally 36 different products that fall under the "voiceover" category alone, depending on whether it's radio or TV, big / medium / small market, 3 months / 6 months / 1 year. I'd love to completely bypass Amelia's service selection process and get straight to booking the time slot.
Hello Neil,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Currently, there is no such feature built-in in Amelia. Unfortunately, you can not completely bypass Amelia's service selection process you have to choose the service first in order for Amelia to be able to offer free time slots to customers.
If you have any more questions please feel to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
