Hello, is it possible when logged in as a manager (or other function) to create a Zoom meeting? I have a service that is not visible. This becomes visible only when you are logged in. So that not every visitor to the site can make this booking. The disadvantage is that I cannot create a Zoom Meeting when I am logged in. Can this be, or how would it be possible? Many thanks
The Zoom meeting is being generated when an appointment is booked with an employee linked to his Zoom account, and when the service has Zoom enabled in the Service settings, regardless if the appointment is booked from the back-end or from the front-end.
So, you need to verify that the employee linked to this service is linked to his Zoom account, and you need to verify that Zoom is enabled in Amelia/Services -> Service/Settings/Integrations.
Please note, though, that it's not advisable to have an Amelia Manager operate also as an Amelia Employee. This is because the capabilities of these roles are not the same, and there could be issues with the plugin if you mix them.
