We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
1.) All my massage services have multiple times. 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. So the customer should have the possibility, after choosing a service, to select the appropriate duration. What is the best way to do this?
2.)
I have the Google API and Google Calendar assigned to an employee, however I do not see the existing calendar entries in Amelia. Everything is still empty. Is this normal?
3.) Some services can be booked individually, or optionally as a pair. What is the best way to implement this?
Hey Niklas
Thank you for your purchase.
1. Amelia can't have a different duration for the same service, so you could create multiple services with different duration (add the duration in the name of the service). Another way would be to create a 30-minute long service and create Extras that would extend the duration of the appointment for a certain price.
2. Existing Google Calendar events cannot be displayed in Amelia, they can only be removed from the employee's schedule if you connect the employee with his/her Google Calendar, and you enable "Remove Google Calendar busy slots" in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar.
3. You can increase the maximum capacity of a service to 2, and disable "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia Settings/Appointment Settings. When you disable this, when one customer books the appointment, the time slot will close, so another customer can't book the same time slot. But, if you enable "Bringing anyone with you" in the service, they can add one more person when they're booking an appointment and again - the time slot will close once they book the appointment.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
