What about if an employee does in person and zoom meetings on the same day? And the days and times vary. You can't assigned an employee multiple locations in their profile. You can't assign location to an event or appointment. How can I do this?
When you have questions, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers like yourself or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
And I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
One employee can't be assigned to multiple locations at the same time, BUT you can assign the employee to different locations per time periods. Employee 1 can work on Location 1 from 09 - 10, on location 2 from 10 - 12, and so on.
You may be interested in this workaround, though: Create two employees with the same name. Assign one employee to location 1 and the other employee to location 2. Then configure the Google Calendar integration, and link both employees to the same Google Calendar. Then, in Amelia settings/Integrations/Google Calendar enable "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots", so when one employee is booked, the other employee is also blocked.
Hi guys,
Is it possible to add and employee to multiple locations? Why is this field a single selection?
I have employees that work on different locations. Example: Monday and Tuesday in location 1, and Wed to friday on location 2.
How can I solve this issue?
Thank you very much!
Hey,
Found the answer, need to set it up on the employee working hours.
You can close the ticket. Thanks!
