This is how the plugin works. Since Amelia doesn't handle payments but is instead using integrations with PayPal, Mollie, Stripe, or WooCommerce, the data linked to the event, or the appointment is linked to the customer. In short - Amelia can't refund the purchase, and you need to do that through the payment system that was used for booking.
When you remove an attendee, it is considered that this customer has already been refunded from one of the payment integration services that you used, and once the attendee is removed from the event, their payment info is also removed. So, you remove an attendee and Amelia's logic is that you already refunded his/her payment, and the payment also needs to be removed. When there's no customer, there's no payment from that customer - pretty simple logic.
May I ask you to suggest a behavior for this? What would you like to see when you remove the attendee? I'll make sure the suggestion is forwarded to our developers, so they can work on it for one of our future updates.
Data about payment of event attendees is available in Financial module of the plugin till the attendee inside the event exist, which is how it should be and is great
But problem is it gets deleted as soon attendee is removed .
so, instead of removing the payment completely, better would be, if only the status for it is changed to refunded
Until Amelia is able to actually refund the payment, we can't change the status of the payment to "Refunded", as that may (and will) not be true in most cases.
I'll forward your suggestions to our developers, so hopefully, they'll come up with some way to handle this.

When I removed an attendee from event by mistake/deliberately who have already paid via stripe.
