Hello,
I am currently on the free version of Amelia and I see that I cannot create notifications to customers and employees? Is this normal or is there something wrong with mine?

Amelia lite has very limited capabilities. If you need more capabilities or access to our support you will need to buy the full license.
You can test the full version on our demo sites before purchase.
