I bought the upgrade, and can't upgrade it... I followed instructions, downloaded the upgrade, uploaded it onto Wordpress plug-ins, said there was an error....
Can you please tell us more about the error? If you are upgrading from basic to pro a different file needs to be installed that contains different code for the premium features, that's why you cannot simply add a new purchase code to upgrade a basic licence.
