Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Is it possible to create a custom WordPress page template that would query a wpDataTable based on query string?
For example,
/folder/page/?id=17
- Would load a page tied to custom template (page-whatever.php)
Inside page-whatever.php I would need to:
1) query wpDataTables table like so: select field_1, field_2 from tblwhatever where id = $id (17 would be passed in from the querystring)
2) return single record where I can display page as I would like with defined format.
As example
<h1>$field_1</h1>
<p>Name: $field_2</p>
Hi Adam,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for the late response, we have some agents that have contracted Covid-19, so our team is cut in half.
If I understand you right that would be maybe possible but only with manual tables(when you create it it will be created table in database), for SQL you already have that tables in database that you can use in your template and all other are not related with saving data in database(Excel,CSV,Google sheet...)
In our database you have wpdatatables table where are saved table settings(without data from source-only content to the source), wpdatatables_columns where is saved columns settings.
So select field_1, field_2 from tblwhatever where id = $id will not work as you expected.
At the moment we do not option for single sell shortcode but it will be available in near future.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
