I would like to know if there is a way to synchronise in both way ?
I already connect google calendar to get the appointment on employee's calendar (actually just me so far), but I would like to synchronise in the other way, as if I already have some appointment taken by phone for ex., I need them appear on the online Amelia calendar.
The 2-way sync works for blocking times when there's a Google Calendar busy event - so it blocks that time for the employee, but it cannot create an appointment in Amelia when you create an event in Google.
Please feel free to search for and vote for this functionality on this page.
Thanks for the reply, actually I checked your FAQ, I needed to "Remove Google calendar busy slot" in Integrations/Google Calendar settings. That is what I was looking for, Thanks,

Hello Parmentelot
Thank you for your purchase.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Our developers will be working on this in the future, but we can't say when (if) it will be included in the plugin.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello,
I have seen today in the update the new feature "two way sync" with google, is this working ? I can't figure out. Thank you,
