We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    Following concerns please - 

    1. I collect payments in multiple currencies via Razorpay payment gateway. Please advise if it is possible with Amelia.
    2. For the services, an example, if one client is booking Astrology service from 11:00am to 11:45am for 15th Dec 2021 which is in pending state. And, before I approve that if another client is booking Numerology service for 10:45am to 11:30am for 15th Dec 2021, will the system accept or show "already booked" kind of a restriction to avoid duplicate booking? - I am the only worker.

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. We don't have an integration with Razorpay, only with PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, and WooCommerce. If there's an add-on for WooCommerce that allows you to use Razorpay through it, then you would be able to use Amelia.

    2. and 3. If you're the only employee, this would not be possible, since the appointments would be overlapping. So, one employee can only work on one service at a time. If the times of appointments overlap, no one would be able to book the 2nd appointment during this time.
