I never really needed to send mass emails, because my business is very individual and I contact normally every customer singely.
Now however I would need to send an message via E-Mail to all my customers.
I am not sure I can do this with Amelia? Is there a way to do so? Maybe with notifications?

Unfortunately this cannot be achieved using the plugin's builtin features.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
We do have a Custom notifications feature but I am not sure it will help you much in this case
