We are very interessed to buy the Amelia Beauty Salon software, but we have some questions before buying it :

1. Is it possible to see all previous appointments from a customer ? In the Amelia admin, i found, that i can see how many appointments, and it shows the last appointments, but we want to see all appointments.
2. I see that for a customer we can have an internal note, but want to know if some extra fields are possible, like what brand of cream was always used for this customer etc.
also : how much info (in characters) can be stored in this internal note field ?

3.The SMS functions looks nice, but will this also work in the Netherlands, 
and do you have some price-info about the SMS services.

Perfect, but i didn't see it in yours Demo Admin ? 
So it can't be seen in the Demo at yours Demo site, but after buying we can see ALL Appointments one  customer had in  the past ( which was booked by the Amelia Software ).
We don't want the customer to make the booking themselves, all appointments will be made in the Admin by the manager or employees.

>2. Custom fields

This also seems not working in the Demo account...
But how many characters can be filled in max ( 1024 chars or more ? )
