Hello,
How not to import the buffer time of a service in Google Calendar when this service is reserved?
I want Amelia to take care of the buffer time on its own, but the view in Google Calendar only shows the actual time of the appointment.
How do you do that?
Thank you !
Hello,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Amelia is taking care of the buffer time on its own within Amelia. If you have an appointment at 13h for one-hour services but you also have a buffer time 30 minutes before and after your next available appointment that can be booked is from 14.30h.
You can to that just need to go to Amelia Settings/Integration Settings/Google Calendar/Include Buffer time in Google events
If you have any more questions please feel to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
