Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

I understand you have multi-location feature but we have to set the staff time available in the particular location first and to book the time accordingly.
We have 3 locations, most of the time, our staff or the management will help student book time in the back panel. It takes too complicated for us to book the time by creating the staff available in the particular location first and then book the time.
Is there any way to create the staff total available time throughout a period of time (say the next 4 weeks) and free for booking to any locations? Most of the time that staff or management will book for customers so, the buffer time for traveling that we can manage manually.
Hi Ted
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can set up special days for your employees.
This feature allows you to configure one or multiple days when the employee’s schedule is somehow different from the standard one. E.g. one can have different working hours, provide different services, and/or work in a different location for one Thursday only. Whether you need to set shorter or longer working hours for just one day or a period, set a different service for one specific day or a whole week, or assign the employee to a different location for a day — here you can do all of this.
Once you configure it, it will override the employee’s general working hours and his service schedule, but it will not override his days off.
Please have a look at our documentation for more detailed information about this feature
