We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
As we are going to our customers, we don't know them at forehand!, it should be nice to be asked for a location where we have to go to.
Is such possible?
Hello Ron,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
We understand you completely. You can customize services in Amelia/customize/custom field/add custom field/text and you can enter information that field for example to be the location and you need just to check the required button.
Then when your customers want to book an appointment they will be required to enter the location.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hello Marko,
That did the trick, thank you.
However is there a way to place the extra fields in a whished order within the "standard field box"?
So, in step 4 of the Customize process you see: Name; Email; Phone. I should like to place my "extra fields" direct after Name
My extra fields are: Street and Zip code
Ron
Hello Ron,
Unfortunately, you can not do it in that way custom fields go bellow the standard fields.
But maybe i can offer you a workaround, you can rename "Frist name fields " to be "Full name" so that your customers now that they need to enter the first and last name there and then you can change the name of the "Last Name field" to "Street and Zipcode".
Hopes this helps.
Kind Regards,
