When I schedule a Zoom event and then the user clicks the link, it seems to start the event even though it's not the date/time for it. This doesn't happen for appointments. What do I need to change?
Zoom meetings URLs are generated when they are created, and you can access the meeting at any point, but without the host to start the meeting, they cannot join.
This is normal behavior for all Zoom URLs. A customer can't start an event without the host (employee), so they would just be sitting there, waiting for the host to start a meeting.
