I previously bought Amelia booking plugin for a year. It ran out and now I have bought lifetime access - therefore I have a new activationcode, which I wanted to swap for the old one.
But it seems I can't? It is not possible to access the field? (see attachment)
I don't want to loose all the things that I already set up long time ago...

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please make sure Amelia is updated to its latest version (4.3.1) that you received when you purchased the new licence, or download the full version from our store, and click on the deactivate button on the bottom right corner of Amelia Activation Settings window. Insert the new activation code - click on Activate and you are good to go
You will not loose any data by doing this, just make sure to leave the Delete plugin tables option disabled at all times
