Thank you for choosing Amelia. 

You can see the active domains under the Manage Domains tab. So please log in to your account in the TMS store and delete the old domain. 

After that, you will be able to activate Amelia on the new domain with the same purchase code. In order to activate the remaining two domains, you need to install the plugin on those sites, go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and activate the purchase code in there. 

After you do that, those domains will be seen in Manage Domains in our store.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator), database (PHPMyAdmin) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I don't know what was saved as a purchase code in the database, but I deactivated it, and activated the purchase code. After that I was able to successfully update the plugin from the Plugins section.
