Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hi,
I've just purchased a lifetime license for a clients website.
Didn't know what packages are and now wondering how to achieve a subscription logic. I'd like the customers have an option to pay monthly to attend to specific courses. I guess packages could do this. Unfortunately a single lifetime license has no packages.
Is it right, that i have to purchase a 3 website license to have packages? Don't understand why. Didn't see that a lifetime license is limited. And I also think that it not really cool. Usually lifetime licenses have all the features.
Is there another way to achieve something like a subscription?
Thanks
Ingo
Hello Ingo
Thank you for your purchase.
A license can be a yearly subscription-based license, or it can be a lifetime license.
A license plan is either Basic, Pro, or Developer. It's clearly stated on our pricing page that the Basic License plan does not include Packages of Services:
The prices of Pro and Developer licenses haven't changed when we added the Packages feature. As per our Terms & Conditions:
In short - just like a vast majority of WordPress plugins, we too separated the license plans to exclude certain features for cheaper plans. As we're developing more advanced features, in the future the list will expand (for example, we plan to release White-Label only for the Developer license. Also, the Membership feature will be developed and included either in Pro and Developer plans, or only in the Developer plan - our management still hasn't made the decision on this yet, so I can't say for sure).
You can read more about the Packages on our documentation, but they are not a replacement for the Membership feature. When you add a service (or multiple services) to a Package of Services, you allow your customers to book a fixed amount of appointments per service. So, if the package contains 3 services, you can define the # of appointments for each service (say, Service 1 provides 3 appointments, Service 2 provides 2 appointments, and Service 3 provides 10 appointments).
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
