With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

Good afternoon,
We asked a question in the previous ticket but it got closed without an answer.
The question is that all appointments are coming in as pending even though we have them set up to be approved straight away. We have WooCommerce payments set up and connected. We want to automate the system as much as possible and not have to check it every day and confirm appointments.
Another issue is, related to the above, when someone purchases a package and straight away schedules appointments within the package, even though I have approved, on the day of the appointment they receive an email that the appointment is pending instead of confirmed.
Can you please let me know how the above two issues can be fixed?

Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Did you refer to this ticket https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2919276/? You informed us that everything is in order and that is the reason why we have closed the ticket. But you should know that in the future if you have more questions about the same topic you can just do the follow up od the same ticket and it will open again.
Regarding you issue If you set the default appointment status to be Approved in Amelia's General settings, check each service individually. Go to Amelia/Services, and open a service. Then go to the Settings tab, and under General settings check if the status is also Approved, or is it set to Pending.
If all services are set to be Approved by default, check if the services have Maximum capacity defined. If the minimum capacity is above 1, and only 1 person books, the appointment will be pending until the Minimum capacity of the service is reached.
Please send us a couple of screenshots of all of your settings that we can try and where is the issue. If you have set the appointment status in Amelia/settings/general settings to be by default approved then the status needs to be approved not pending we will try to figure it out.
Also send us screen shoots of your notifications. Looking forward to your reply.
