Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hi! Thank you for your time and i hope you are doing very well.
I have a few questions about the topics i wrote:
1.- When somebody buys a Package, how can i get each link of each appointment and write it in the notification?
2.- If i link zoom with wpamelia, and somebody does an appointment, does it still get the in google Calendar?
3.- I have few employees. If i link all of them to only one paid zoom account, what are the pro's and cons? I don't see the sense or not sense of doing that.
Thank you in advance!
Hi Felipe
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. When somebody buys a package they will still have to book individual appointments so the links will be associated to the booked service. You should add the Zoom link placeholder %zoom_join_url% to Appointment Approved or Appointment Pending (depends on what you prefer) notification templates. If it's a Zoom meeting, a Customer will receive a link. And if it's an offline meeting, the placeholder will not be seen.
2. If you have a working Google calendar integration you can use it together with Zoom it will still write your appointments in the calendar.
3. At the moment it's not possible to connect multiple Zoom accounts to Amelia.
You can connect only one business account (since free accounts don't have the multi-users option) and add each Employee as a User to this account.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
