We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I have setup Amelia and connected it with Zoom and created an event. The create Calendar works a treat.

When I come to book on the event I don't get the notification with the Zoom link - I don't get anything.

I am clearly missing something - can you tell me what it is please?

    Many thanks

    Peter

    Hi Peter

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please tell us if you receive any email notifications, including a test email?

If not I will ask you to kindly check these few most common reasons for this issue:

    1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings, and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.

    2. Your website has PHP version less than 7

    3. The credentials are not correct

    4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.

    5. If you're using Gmail, please make sure "Allow less secure apps" is enabled.

Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.

Many thanks - I have checked all the settings and they are all good.

I have set you up on the website with the email in your reply.

I hope thats okay - I need to get this working quickly as this is a demo for a customer and so looking to implement Amelia on the client's site.

    Thanks again
