We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
Is there any way to set mandatory deposits globally for all the services?
A client wants to add a 50% deposit on all theirs services. And it doesn't make sense going through all services, one by one to edit this setting.
A global setting with an option edit single services/events would be the way to go about it.
Thanks
P.S.
It is to troublesome to keep searching for it every time I want to ask a question. Can we save it in our profile and be done with it?
Alex
Hi Alexander
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately this cannot be achieved using the plugin's builtin features.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Can you please explain a bit more what you mean by It is to troublesome to keep searching for it every time I want to ask a question. Can we save it in our profile and be done with it?
Hi Blazenka,
Thanks for getting back to me and apologies for the delay with my reply.
I feel like this feature should have been a no brainer. That's what you have general settings for. Community based feature request system isn't always the best thing to get. It's not like every one has time and energy to spent additional time to find your feature-request site and find desired feature to vote.
In terms of "It is to troublesome to keep searching for it ". Whenever your customer wants to send a support ticket, they need to find the purchase key first. Without, they can't submit new tickets. This purchase key is not searchable by WpAmelia keyword. so it takes time to find the key. Since it's not like we keep these keys handy .
I believe it would be more user friendly if we could safe the key in our profile to make it easier to talk to you.
Does that make sense?
Hi Alexander
Thank you for the clarification, that does make sense
Unfortunately we don't have much control over this ticketing system so we won't be able to make any changes in that regard but we will make sure to reach out to Ticksy and suggest this.
If there is anything else we can assist you with please don't hesitate to contact us.
