Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hi!
I have a product that has 6 purchase options. How can I set up this single service giving the customer the possibility to choose between these 6 options?
The 6 options have different costs.
Thank you!
Hello Paola
The only way you can add more items to a default service would be to add Service Extras. For example, if your service is for Ice Skating, the default service would be 1h ice ring rental, but customers can add extras like "Rent Ice skates", "Purchase Ice skates", etc. so they have an option to add additional items to the appointment.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thanks!
I have some other questions (sorry...).
1) Is there a way to change the name field "extra"?
2) I have some services for which I would like to show that they have discounted prices: in your tutorials I saw that there are 2 fields, one for the price and one for the discounted price but I don't see this option. How can I solve this problem?
Thank you very much!
Hello Paola.
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
1. You can change that in Amelia/Customize:
2. Where did you see this? Amelia can have one price, and there's no way to show that a price is discounted unless you modify the name of the service to say that it's discounted.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
