Since you enabled "Show booking slots in customer time zone" in Amelia's general settings, I'm seeing these times (in CET):
The 10 PM time slot on my end is 11:00 in Honolulu, while 2 AM is 15h in Honolulu, so as far as I can see, it's working fine.
If you're offering two time slots for one service, a customer can't book one and block the whole day. In order to do that, you need to add another service, and assign it to the same employee, with the duration that would span over both time slots of service #1. When that new (whole day) service is booked, the other service will become unavailable.
I am having challenges with listing the service hours.
I want the clients to choose between two service hours, one at 1100 and 1500.
I also have a challenge when a client books on a date the whole day is taken, and no one else can book on that date.
I have adjusted the Services work hours and the employee work hours, and neither is working.
