We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Is there a way to sync the calendar with Google Calendar, outlook calendar or Crestraone meeting room device?
And also how is the appointment approval system works? can i get an admin email to approve? can i approve it from email itself?
My use case is recording studio booking, so i need 3hrs slots and full day slot (from 7 am to 7pm)

Thank you for your interest in our product.
Amelia has integration with Google and Outlook Calendar. We don't have an integration for Crestraone, but please add a suggestion and to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.
Approval system work in such a way that you can choose whether the appointments will be approved automatically or you will they be set to Pending, and afterwards approved by the admin, manager or employee. Please check the details about our users and roles here.
Unfortunately, approving the appointment from the email is currently not possible, only from the back-end or from the employee panel.
You can create two services one that will last three hours and the second that will last for a full day. Also, you will create an employee and assign him to both of the services, so when someone books the whole day second services that offer three hours services will be unavailable.
