    I saw a warning message on the employee cabinet under the working hours section 

    it says 'Choosing a time zone applies only for managing appointments and events, working hours use a time zone set on the admin side' 

    I don't quite understand the meaning of this warning message. 

    What do you mean by 'working hours use a time zone set on the admin side'? is this something employee should be aware of...? 

    so the working hours a employee sets is not following his/her timezone? 

    Can you help elaborate this little further?
