With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

Dear Team,
I'm having an issue since yesterday. My website pages with the Amelia short codes will not load. Only the header is visible in such pages. I deactivated all plugins and nothing changes. But when I deactivate Amelia plugin, the page loads correctly. I also created a new page and it loaded perfectly until I added the Amelia short code in the page. The moment I added the short code, the page wouldnt load

Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Everything works fine when "Load entities on page load" is turned off. Everything is resolved and working properly you just need to disable Load entities on the page "load entities on page load"option and you will be able to see the shortcode.
