I have a table set up to query a mySQL database, and setting it up was very smooth. I'd like to pull in two more columns from the db table that I hadn't chosen initially, so I updated the query in the console window on the Data Source tab. After saving, I get the new columns, but the cells are all populated with the name of the column, not the actual data. I haven't used the "auto-refresh" feature so I moved that up from zero, but still no valid data.
I know my query works because it pulls back everything as expected when I run it against my db table directly, so I'm not sure why I'm not getting actual data in my wpDataTables table.
Sorry for the late response, we have some agents that have contracted Covid-19, so our team is cut in half.
Did you try to create new table with same query and check do you have same results?
If answer is yes, that is return invalid data, then if you do not have sensitive data, pelase export that table from database ans send and also query that you use so we can test it in our local environment. You can check PRIVATE replay so we can see it only because it is public ticket.
Please provide screenshot/video of that tab le with invalid data so we can see it.
I'm not seeing the behavior anymore--eventually all of the correct values started showing up. There are a lot of records, so maybe it took a while for the new columns to all be read. Thanks for the response.

Any ideas what could be going on here?

Hey Lesa
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the issue is no longer appearing on your website.
Please keep an eye on it, though, and if it comes back, please open a new ticket, and we'll help you there.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
